Hello

I was born and raised in Mexico City but have also lived in Chicago, Finland and now Miami.

Since I was very young I have been very curious, which has made me investigate in depth on different topics. This curiosity grew even more when I left my native country and discovered other places and ways of living. I have never been satisfied with the typical information that society and the media provide us.

I have always been interested in human rights issues, especially women's rights, and researching more about these issues, I realized the little/no education that exists about sexual and reproductive health regardless of the social or economic context.

I also realized how disconnected we are from our own bodies (all people, not just women) and how little we know about our overall health.

As in many cases, the menstrual cup was the bridge that connected me to the world of "Fertility Awareness" and in a very deep inner search, I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to sharing all this cyclical wisdom. to help other women improve their quality of life.

I firmly believe that our body is perfect and wise. Our menstrual cycle is a vital sign and by knowing it, we can obtain invaluable information about our health and thus make informed decisions with peace of mind and security.

Let's go back to nature and take back our true power as women.
